The book About Behaviorism is complete in 2024, 50 years since its launch in 1974. One of the reasons Skinner considers it pertinent to write this text was the increasing circulation, whether in the press, in scientific articles, or in frequent scientific debates. in scientific congresses, of the assumptions and principles then accumulated regarding Skinnerian behaviorism. About Behaviorism is a kind of summary of the main themes, especially from an ethical perspective of B. F. Skinner’s proposals, not only applicable to individual behavior, but to the possibility of formulating cultural delineations.
